After finishing high school, I attended the University of Houston, where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, specializing in Broadcast and Journalism, in 2014.
That same year, I discovered my true passion for connecting with people — using my voice to tell stories that inspire, inform, and unite.
In 2015, I joined Univision Radio as a local host, marking the start of my media career and the foundation of the communicator and woman I’ve become today.

From 2019 to 2023, I was part of El Bueno, La Mala y El Feo, helping position it as the #1 digital show across Univision’s platforms.
Through that incredible journey, I learned the power of authenticity, reaching millions of people and building one of the most loyal audiences in Hispanic media.
Today, I continue to use that same voice to inspire over 7 million followers across social media — creating conversations that promote wellness, self-confidence, and emotional balance.

Beyond broadcasting, I’m a businesswoman and an advocate for women’s empowerment and animal welfare.
My entrepreneurial spirit led me to create Nutricuerpo, a wellness brand and community that reflects my philosophy of balance, self-love, and conscious living.
I’ve also collaborated internationally as a brand ambassador, voiceover artist, and content creator for brands like McDonald’s, Michelob Ultra, and Rocket Mortgage.
Each project — whether on camera, on air, or through Nutricuerpo — reminds me that purpose and authenticity are the real sources of connection.
